Caught

This net has brought some hilarious scenes into our house. Grammy, my mom, bought it for Anders for his birthday with the disclaimer that she not be held responsible for things he would try to catch with it. (i.e. his sister) But in fact Anders has been our resident bug catcher ever since. If he sees a fly, bee, moth anything that moves he immediately says, "I've gotta get my net." and dashes off. It's pretty funny to watch this little man try to handle a big net to trap a tiny fly.

But the time that had me laughing the hardest was when Cam tried to catch a wayward moth that made it's way inside. Andes armed Cam with the net. Now, just picture a guy, 6'4", running aimlessy around the house trying to catch a moth. And every time he missed he would swat around trying to keep the moth from landing on him. It took a good ten minutes of doing the bug dance until Cam finally caught the moth and set it free outside. A good ten minutes of laughter for me, a workout for Cam. Who know a net could be so funny?
