I'm sure some of you may be wondering what that is, exactly. Well, thanks to my overly curious and uninhibited husband we now have documented the epidural needle just minutes after being removed from my back.
I think the anesthesiologist's exact words were, "I've never had someone take an actual picture of the needle before. That's a first."

I'm so glad that I never saw the needle...thanks alot, now I know what I'm getting next time. Could've gone without that!
Oh my gosh...I never actually saw the elephantine thing. It makes me cringe just to think of it. However, after having done both types of childbirth, I'll embrace the needle.
